So what do you all think is the number one beauty don’t? This may surprise you, but it has nothing to do with makeup application. It is the complete opposite. We have all fallen victim to the late night habit of sleeping in our makeup. That is your number one beauty DON’T.

The dangers of sleeping with a full face of make up on are simple. It will stunt your skin’s natural renewal process which happens at night when you are resting.
